In 1993, Utah Prosecuting Attorney Kristine Knowlton appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee to testify in a Congressional Hearing focusing on “Violence Against Women.” During that hearing, Knowlton gave false, misleading, and defamatory testimony against Gary Ollila. This blog will rebut that defamation and will point to reasons why Knowlton would take prosecutorial misconduct to such an extreme as to perjure herself at a Congressional Hearing just to defame a citizen.
